May River Coffee Roasters Expanding CBD-Infused Coffee Line with New “CBDC” Coffees
May River Coffee Roasters, the Bluffton-based micro-roastery, has launched a line of CBD-infused gourmet coffees. The line of “CBDC” coffees, which each contain 350 mg of CBD, is available in 3 flavors in both regular and decaf and is available at The Juice Hive, as well as sold at its sister restaurant the Cottage Café, Bakery & Tea Room.
CBDC Coffees have been launched in conjunction with the re-naming of the Juice Hive to The Juice Hive and Hemp Emporium — which will be offering an expanded selection of CBD-infused foods, beverages and other products. This move to change the name of the popular Juice Hive and expanded offering of CBD products, which will open on March 16th , highlights the growing CBD market in the Lowcountry. Other products that will be featured at the Juice Hive and Hemp Emporium will include CBD-infused products such as edibles, body products, herbs, vape juice, skin products, cbd honey, candy, tea, bath products and syrups.
May River’s CBDC Coffees offer bold, flavorful whole bean coffee roasts – with a kick. Each one is infused with a full spectrum CBD extract derived from North Carolina hemp, and is a twist on the popular line of May River coffees. The first CBDC Coffees launched are both regular roast (Columbia Regular/Columbia Decaf) and a flavored CBD Coffee (Praline Punch Regular/Praline Punch Decaf.)
In addition to being featured at the Juice Hive’s Hemp Emporium, the new line of May River CBDC Coffee will also be featured at the first annual upcoming “Hemp Fest” being orchestrated by the Juice Hive, and held on the green next to Gigi’s/ The Cottage on Calhoun Street on June 8th. Hemp Fest will offer the opportunity to not only sample the CBDC Coffee line, but learn about and experience a wide range of CBD-infused foods, beverages and products that will be showcased at this first-ever event, where other popular vendors and food will also be available.
